Abstract

This dissertation uses a North-East Scotland energy-services firm as the site for project economics and workforce planning, with digital study remaining in post. The contribution is a skills-transition map for a contractor, with limits and data constraints. Examiners required methods. University of Brigant should keep energy transition in the MBA map as Scottish industrial research, not as a COP slogan.
