Brigant and ASU Launch Dual MSc in Applied AI and Autonomous Systems

Responding to urgent global demand for specialized artificial intelligence and robotics engineers, the University of Brigant has partnered with Arizona State University to launch the dual MSc in Applied Artificial Intelligence & Autonomous Systems.

The 18-month curriculum combines mathematical foundations of deep learning with applied simulation environments utilizing ROS 2, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, and distributed cloud computing clusters. Students undergo intensive research training on edge-AI deployment, autonomous perception pipelines, and algorithmic safety frameworks.

"Artificial intelligence is transforming heavy industry, logistics, and healthcare," stated the Lead AI Research Chair. "This dual programme allows students to master both European ethical AI governance frameworks and cutting-edge American deep learning engineering, graduating with recognized master's degrees from both nations."

Students complete a substantial capstone project that is co-evaluated by faculty researchers and leading robotics lab practitioners.
