Brigant and Coventry University Deepen Collaborative TNE Articulation for Undergraduate Technologists

Building upon a decade of UK higher education innovation, University of Brigant and Coventry University have formalized a comprehensive Transnational Education (TNE) framework. The collaboration enables undergraduate students pursuing computing and engineering disciplines to receive dual Bachelor of Science with Honours degrees.

The curriculum is mapped across UK FHEQ Levels 4, 5, and 6, incorporating industry-aligned certifications in cloud computing, DevSecOps automation, and zero-trust cybersecurity architectures. Students undertake collaborative design sprints and capstone projects reviewed by both institutions' examination boards.

"Collaborative dual-award degrees give students the decisive edge in a competitive global technology sector," said Coventry's International Operations Dean. "By validating learning outcomes across both institutions, graduates receive two authentic British degrees that verify both theoretical mastery and production-level engineering capability."

The initiative also provides seamless progression pathways into double master's degree programmes upon graduation.
